The Protoss player HuK is crowned MLG Raleigh 2010 SC2 Champion! His win over KiWiKaKi who is also a Protoss player on Blistering Sands sealed the deal with a 4-2 overall score in an epic PvP series. The calm and collected HuK simply shook his opponents hand immediately after the match, a sign of true sportsmanship. He'll be heading home $2,500 richer and have the satisfaction of knowing he was the best of the best here in Raleigh. KiWiKaKi naturally came in second and Socke, yet another Protoss player, came in third.

And have they ever! I've read over them myself and I am thoroughly pleased as a Zerg player.

Learning to play another Race
I have always been heavy on the Zerg side of the table, however, lately I've been trying to learn Protoss. I'm doing this because after playing Zerg all the way through beta from Day 1 plus playing them for a month post release, it's safe to say: I'm BORED.
To begin with I am trying to learn the basic openers. I feel if I have these standardized builds down somewhat efficiently I can move on to more complex tactics and the overall strategy of the race.
First on the menu, The Four Gate:
Total credit to Husky for the video!
